  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the enchilada sauce, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll up and place in the dish.
  6. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
