- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
