A warm and delicious chicken vegetable soup that is easy to make and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth, carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, and garlic.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
