These easy French dip sliders combine savory beef with crispy turkey bacon for a delicious twist on a classic dish.

  • 1 pound beef roast
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sear the beef roast on all sides until browned.
  4. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet.
  5. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours, until the beef is tender.
  6. Shred the beef and mix in the pan juices.
  7. Place the slider rolls on a baking sheet, fill with beef mixture, top with turkey bacon and cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
