- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups wide lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, add ground beef, onions, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
