A delicious and easy recipe for creamy tomato pasta featuring turkey bacon, perfect for a quick meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add pasta, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning to the pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  4. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon.
