  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. Combine the rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions.
  5. Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Top the rice with the salmon mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds.
