- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices chicken ham
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 1 leaf lettuce
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in cold water for a few minutes to cool.
- Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into bits.
- Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
- Lay a leaf of lettuce on a slice of bread, scoop the egg salad mixture on top, and cover with another slice of bread.
