A delightful twist on a classic egg salad sandwich, incorporating turkey bacon and chicken ham for added flavor and protein.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in cold water for a few minutes to cool.
  3. Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into bits.
  6. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  7. Lay a leaf of lettuce on a slice of bread, scoop the egg salad mixture on top, and cover with another slice of bread.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables like celery or onion for added crunch.
  • This sandwich can be served cold or warm.
