- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until fully cooked.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder to the beef and mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll them up and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
