A delicious recipe for cheesy ground beef enchiladas that will be a hit at family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder to the beef and mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll them up and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add jalapeños to the filling.
  • Serve with sour cream and guacamole for dipping.
