- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, warm the chicken ham.
- Slice the slider buns in half and layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese in each bun.
- In a small bowl, mix beef broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the sliders in a baking dish and pour the broth mixture over them.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
