A delicious combination of turkey bacon and chicken ham creates the perfect slider experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, warm the chicken ham.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese in each bun.
  5. In a small bowl, mix beef broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  6. Place the sliders in a baking dish and pour the broth mixture over them.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • These sliders can be served with au jus for dipping.
  • Feel free to add sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.
