Delicious French Dip Sliders featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 8 slider buns
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, warm the chicken ham till heated through.
  4. Mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  5. Assemble sandwiches by layering turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese on slider buns.
  6. Brush tops of sliders with olive oil and sprinkle with additional garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
  8. Serve with warm broth for dipping.
