  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, such as Gruyere or Swiss
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add the orzo and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chicken, French onion soup, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
