  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into rounds.
  2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized cubes.
