1 pound frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chicken ham, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup cornflakes, crushed (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, shredded cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle crushed cornflakes evenly over the butter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
