  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Heat over medium until warm.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cream mixture and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers.
  4. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
