  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and chicken ham, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Layer the potatoes in a baking dish, alternating with the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  6. Pour heavy cream over the layers and sprinkle with cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
