  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes, adding layers of turkey bacon and cheese in between.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
