Deliciously creamy and savory scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham, inspired by Gordon Ramsay’s culinary style.

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded chicken ham
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the chicken ham and turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half of this mixture over the layers.
  5. Add the remaining potatoes, bacon, and ham, then pour the rest of the cream mixture on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
