- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
