- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 large whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
- While the zucchini is grilling, mix the yogurt, dill, and garlic in a bowl to make the herbed yogurt sauce.
- Once the zucchini has finished grilling, assemble the wrap by layering the grilled zucchini, chickpeas, and feta cheese on the whole wheat wrap.
- Drizzle with the herbed yogurt sauce, roll up the wrap, and slice it in half.
