- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 10 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
