- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste

- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
