- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
