  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples with cinnamon and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Pour the apple mixture into a baking dish and layer the oat mixture on top.
