  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken on a baking dish and pour remaining sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
