  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce together.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Pour honey-soy sauce mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare quinoa and steam broccoli and carrots.
  7. Assemble the bowl by placing quinoa at the base, then layering with steamed vegetables and avocado.
  8. Once the salmon is done, place it on top of the bowl.
