1 loaf Italian bread
8 ounces turkey bacon
8 ounces chicken ham
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and chop.
Layer the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham evenly on the bottom half of the bread.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoncini on top.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the top half of the bread.
Place the top half of the bread over the filling and press down gently.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
