These Jalapeño Bottle Caps are a delightful appetizer that packs a spicy punch, wrapped in crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of turkey bacon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
