  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and return the skillet to heat.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef and stir to combine.
