  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer.
  5. Cook the lasagna noodles separately until al dente; drain and add to the soup.
  6. Spoon in the ricotta cheese and stir until well combined.
  7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese before serving.
