Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Pasta – Zesty, Creamy & Irresistibly Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Serve the pasta topped with the chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a little heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for more flavor.
