A delightful take on traditional pizza with a zesty lemon flavor.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza stone.
  5. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Zest the lemon and sprinkle zest over the cheese.
  8. Place lemon slices on top.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
  10. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
