A deliciously light and healthy pasta dish featuring broccoli, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, adding the broccoli florets in the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
  5. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then combine with the skillet mixture.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes.
