- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potato layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- Let it cool slightly before serving to help the layers set.
