A deliciously creamy and cheesy dish combining scalloped potatoes with smoked turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potato layers.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving to help the layers set.
