  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the flour until just mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
