  • 4 filets seabass
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Place the seabass filets in the skillet, skin-side down.
  5. Pour lemon juice and zest over the filets.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the fish is flaky.
  7. In another pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Add spinach gradually and stir until wilted.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  10. Serve the seabass topped with the creamy spinach and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
