1 pound cooked, shredded chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
