These Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are a delightful dessert that combines the rich taste of traditional cheesecake with the beloved flavor of Oreos, perfect for any celebration or a sweet treat.

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla, and mix until combined. Then, add the egg and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each muffin cup.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the centers are set. Let cool completely.
  6. Top each cheesecake with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

  • These mini cheesecakes can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator until serving.
