2 chicken breasts
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the chopped mushrooms and spinach until softened.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture and secure with toothpicks.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
