  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped mushrooms and spinach until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
