  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into thick rounds and make sure not to cut all the way through, creating a Hasselback effect.
  3. In a bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.
  5. Place the kielbasa bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and slightly crisp.
