- 1 package OREO cookies
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cool whip
- 12 mini cheesecake crusts
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, crush the OREO cookies into fine crumbs.
- Melt butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs, then press the mixture into the bottom of each mini cheesecake crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the cool whip until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
