Deliciously rich and creamy OREO Mini PHILLY Cheesecakes that are perfect for any gathering or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package OREO cookies
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 12 mini cheesecake crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crush the OREO cookies into fine crumbs.
  3. Melt butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs, then press the mixture into the bottom of each mini cheesecake crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the cool whip until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
