  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
  2. Add flank steak, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook until steak is browned.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a portion of the steak mixture and shredded provolone cheese on each rectangle.
  6. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
