  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, place the pretzel crumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. While the chicken is baking, mix the cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  9. Serve the chicken warm, topped with cheddar-mustard sauce.
