  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, oats, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
