A quick and delicious pasta dish featuring broccoli and turkey bacon, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Drain pasta and broccoli, then add to the skillet. Toss with olive oil mixture and bacon.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve with Parmesan cheese.
