  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the egg mixture, then gradually fold in the dry ingredients.
  5. Spread the batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
  7. Spread raspberry jam over the cooled cake.
  8. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread on top of the jam.
