1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
