  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into oval patties.
  4. In the same skillet, brown the patties on both sides.
  5. Add beef broth to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  7. Serve patties with the sauce poured over them.
