  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic and capers to the skillet, sautéing for a minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with the sauce drizzled over the top.
