- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish, then cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle extra mozzarella on top before baking.
- Make sure the shells are not overcooked during boiling to prevent breaking.
