A delectable dish featuring large pasta shells filled with a creamy seafood mixture, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish, then cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle extra mozzarella on top before baking.
  • Make sure the shells are not overcooked during boiling to prevent breaking.
