2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
